On Tuesday 5 November we go live with some slight changes to the way you book your deliveries.
Up to now, to calculate your bike delivery price you have been choosing a delivery zone (A, B or C). We have now refined our zone’s further (see map below) and will now calculate your price based on your delivery post code. This is done automatically for you.
Additionally you can now choose a delivery type (on applicable bikes): Ready to Ride or Boxed. For boxed deliveries, customers are repsonsible for boxing their own bikes and sealing them satisfactorily.
Deliveries to Zone A attract no additional charge to the base price. Deliveries to Zone’s B, C & D attract a small uplift much like Delivery Zone’s B & C did. The uplift will be itemised in your basket and at the checkout now too rather than added to your price.
