Behind our successful business, a small team of passionate individuals are the heartbeat of Bike Services UK. We think it’s important customers know they are dealing with real people so let’s meet the team!
Nisha
Nisha is our accounts wizard and joined the team in 2023.
She works remotely from Bristol but was originally born and raised in West London. Nisha has been in the numbers game for the last 29 years, and so brings with her a wealth of experience. When she is not crunching numbers, she spends her time as “mum” to her 2 youngs boys – no wonder she is a great multi tasker!!
Nisha loves her music and is particularly into her R&B and hip hop, although she likes a lot of mainstream music too.
James
James began his career working in record shops in the early nineties before moving into music sales for the UK’s biggest independent distributor. After the fun went out of the business when everyone starting downloading James set up a media and publishing company before entering the bike industry in 2012, founding British Bike Hire. His company specialised in renting large volumes of bikes for public and corporate cycle and triathlon events.
James joined The Electric Transport Group in 2023 to run Bike Services UK.
A social cyclist and keen golfer James loves the outdoors and enjoys cooking.
Paul
Paul has worked in the cycle industry since 2010 when he opened his own cycle shop. He ran that until 2016 and then took a break from cycling before coming back to work in the industry again in 2017. He oversees the technical operation of Bike Services UK and built the website.
Paul raced bikes for 25 years but now spends his time riding, writing his blog and organising gravel rides.
Sammy
Sammy rejoined the company in 2025 after a short time away. He is our customer service and operations guru. If you contact us, there is a good chance you’ll speak to him.
He’s a passionate footballer and get’s a kick (pun intended!) out of making sure our customers are happy and we deliver a great service.
Our Drivers
And lets not forget our hard-working drivers. They’re are all trained and know how to transport bikes. Our no loss, no damage promise is a testament to the hard work and the great lengths these guys go to to make sure customer bikes are collected and delivered safely.
Our drivers work hard all week, spending hours on the road exclusively collecting and delivering bikes. Its all they do so we know they’re the best at it.
