Learning curve
It hasn’t always been plain sailing however. We initially set up delivering bikes in boxes with a professional handover. That was our USP. However, bike boxes always seem to cause damage, no matter how well they are packaged or handled. It just isn’t good enough. We want to offer customers the best bike collection and delivery service on the market and that meant turning the traditional boxed bike model on its head.
