How it works
- Book your delivery online. Add the type of bike to your basket by filling out the collection and delivery details for it. Make sure you include any special information like eBay collection codes etc.
- Checkout and pay. You will receive an order confirmation and an additional email will be sent to the collection and delivery contacts explaining what will happen.
- We will plan your collection & delivery and confirm a date for each. Tracking links will be provided to both parties and will go LIVE on the day.
- Our friendly drivers will collect your bike and then deliver it safely. If the receiver needs help with minor setup and adjustments they can do that for them and they will take any packaging away too.
IMPORTANT
Our communication with your buyer/seller relies on correct contact details for both the collection and delivery element of the service. If you don’t have these, it is up to you to manage the communication with your buyer/seller yourself using the information we send you.
Buyers/Sellers must be available Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm on planned collection/delivery days. We don’t collect or deliver at weekends. Both parties will receive an ETA and tracking on the day. We can accomodate specific times where possible however this must be agreed by us before placing your order.
Failed collections and deliveries may result in additional charges in accordance with our T&C’s
FAQs
How long does it take for you to collect and deliver my bike?
It varies but normally we’ll collect from you within 1 week and deliver the following week. We are not a next day delivery service. Please allow more time for Scotland, Devon & Cornwall and the West of Wales. We run smaller vans and only deliver and collect bikes so we are not like other couriers who tend to have heavier freight.
Can the driver help me make adjustments to my bike?
Your driver would be delighted to torque handlebars, change or fit pedals, make saddle adjustments and show the receiver the main functions of the bike. They will also remove any packaging and take that away with them.
Can you take cargo bikes and electric mopeds?
Yes provided it can be delivered by one person. We are not set up to take petroleum powered bikes.
What happens if the bike is damaged or lost in transit?
We deliver and collect everything using our own drivers so we hope this never happens. We are not part of large networks with warehousing and conveyor based systems where damage can be common on delicate items like bikes. If your bike is damaged or lost then we will cover the cost to replace or repair the damage.
