We understand that having eyes on your expensive bike is important. You are trusting us to look after it and collect & deliver when we say we will, so live tracking is important.
When you book a bike delivery with us, you and your customer are provided with a link. Upon receipt of your order, we aim to plan your collection/delivery within 72 hours. When we have planned your order, an email with the tracking link is emailed to you.
The tracking link goes live on the day of your collection or delivery.
If someone else is taking delivery on your behalf, don’t worry. As your delivery status changes, you will be notified by email in realtime. For completed collections and deliveries customers are emailed an electronic proof of delivery (ePOD) with map location, picture and signature.
