- LIVE tracking will be provided which goes live on the day
- No bike box required. Simply remove the pedals. Frame protection is recommended but not necessary.
- Our drivers will collect and hand your bike over giving your customer a great experience and bike fully built and ready to ride.

Our web portal is bicycle specific and the most flexible available. Using a familiar shopping cart experience, simply choose your bike type, enter your collection and delivery details, repeat as necessary, add to basket then checkout. We’ll take it from there.

After placing your booking you will receive order confirmation + details of what happens next. We will then be in touch with you and your customer within 72 hours to plan your collection and delivery days.
LIVE tracking
When your collection and delivery days have been confirmed, separate tracking links for both will be sent to each party. The link will go live on your confirmed date and will give you a driver ETA. Additionally, our driver will contact you directly.
No bike box required
It’s true. We ship bikes unboxed. A built bike is solid and safer than a dismantled bike crammed into a box. No matter how well you pack it, the components will still move risking damage. A driver with eyes on an unboxed bike will unconciously take more care of it.
The Handover
