1.1 It is not necessary to register with us in order to use most parts of this website. However, particular areas of this website will only be accessible only if you have registered.
Use of website
1.2 This website may be used for your own private purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions.
1.3 You may print and download material from this website provided that you do not modify or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.
Website uptime
1.4 All reasonable measures are taken by us to ensure that this website is operational all day, every day. However, occasionally technical issues may result in some downtime and accordingly we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time.
1.5 Where possible we always try to give advance warning of maintenance issues that may result in website down time but we shall not be obliged to provide such notice.

Payments
1.16 All web orders are payable immediately by card unless a credit account has been applied to your online account.
1.17 Credit accounts are offered at our sole discretion.
1.18 We reserve the right to remove a credit account facility at any time.
1.19 Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, credit accounts are offered on 7 day from date of invoice terms.
1.20 Payment must be made within 7 days of issue.
1.21 Failure to pay any invoice on time risks your online account being suspended.
Bicycle Delivery
Service
1.22 Our bicycle delivery service may be offered in conjunction with other 3rd party delivery companies. Other drivers and companies may be employed to provide a service on an ad-hoc basis. As such you agree to be bound by their Terms and Conditions of carriage in addition to ours.
1.23 Our communication relies on correct contact details for both the collection and delivery element of the service. If you don’t have these, it is up to you to manage the communication yourself using the information we send you.
1.24 Customers must be available Monday – Friday between 8am and 6pm on planned collection/delivery days. We don’t collect or deliver at weekends. Both parties will receive an ETA and tracking on the day. We can accomodate specific times where possible however this must be agreed by us before placing your order.
1.25 Bikes collected must be of the type ordered and within the weight and dimensions specified at the time of order. Failure to do this may result in a refused collection and/or additional charges.
Electric Bikes
1.26 Batteries must be undamaged and in good condition. We reserve the right to refuse collection of any electric bike that has a damaged battery or our drivers feel there may be a risk of fire. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and a charge for failed collection made.
1.27 Failed collection or deliveries that are not our fault will be charged at the full rate unless otherwise agreed by us.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
