Where do we deliver to? is a common question we get asked. Our fleet of vans and trained drivers are out on the roads collecting and delivering bikes up and down the UK every day. But lets take a closer look at where we go and how our delivery model works.
The Zones
Our map is broken down into Zones from A to E. Customers are charged based on where their delivery postcode is.
Zone A is our core delivery area and the easiest for us to reach. Each of the additional zones B – D gradually get harder to reach for us by distance and terrain so we add a small surcharge on top of your base delivery price for delivery to these areas.
Zone E (red) is a zone with post codes you can’t book online, however, we will deliver there. Just contact us directly for a quote.
Anywhere in Grey on the map is an area we don’t deliver to. This is the Republic of Ireland (+ Europe), the Channel Islands and Scilly Isles currently. We just don’t have the logistics in place to be able serve these areas yet.
