  I'm not a business, can I use your service?    
Yes, you can. Register for an account, add your delivery, checkout, pay, done. We’ll do the rest.
  Does the sender have to book the delivery?    
No, as long as both parties agree privately, it doesn’t matter who books the collection and delivery as long as the details are correct and it’s paid for by someone.
  Can I get a bike collection and delivery quote?    
Yes you can. Two ways
- Use the Instant Quote feature on the home page. Simply select the type of bike and the delivery postcode to get an approximate price.
 - Select your bike from the Book Your Delivery portal, add the collection and delivery details and then add your bike to the basket to get an exact price
 
  How do I order?    
You can order using our secure online shop. Our support page explains how to register for an account and use the service in detail. However, you will need to register for an account and log in to be able to complete an order.
  Can I book a specific day?    
Short answer No, but we aim to collect and deliver ASAP depending on where our drivers are around the UK. We will always try an accomodate customers where we can, just get in touch and ask us
  What happens after I complete my order?    
- You’ll receive an email indicating that we have received your order and we are currently planning your collection / delivery.
 - Your customer will receive an email within a couple of days of the bike being collected with a planned delivery date. If it’s no good, one of our friendly team will be in touch to arrange another date.
 - You and your customer will be sent separate tracking links which will go LIVE on delivery day.
 - Additionally, our driver will call your customer on delivery day.

  What types of bike do you deliver?    
We deliver all types of bike. Here are some links that offer more information about specific bike types:
  Are bikes built and ready to ride?    
Yes, all except for the pedals. Customers can ask their driver if they would like assistance fitting these. Drivers can also make minor adjustments if requested.
  Do bikes need to be boxed?    
Only if you select this option when booking your collection & delivery.
  Can you deliver boxed bikes?    
Yes where applicable. Simply select the Boxed Bike option on the bike page.
Boxed Bike prices are cheaper then Ready to Ride.
  What size bike boxes are permitted?    
The maximum box dimensions are specified on each bike page. If in doubt we can supply boxes or contact us.
  What weight bikes am I allowed?    
The maximum bike weights are specified on each bike page.
  Do I need to remove and/or discharge my battery?    
In short no. We just ask customers to be sensible and not ask us to ship electric bikes with damaged batteries. If we see they are damaged externally we may refuse collection.
  How long do deliveries take?    
We are NOT a next day delivery service. We focus on a quality, issue-free service rather than speed.
Depending on your delivery location it will normally take between 3 – 7 days from collection.

  Do you deliver next day?    
Sorry no, we are not a next-day delivery service. We focus on quality, not speed.
  Do you provide tracking?    
Yes we do. We provide END-to-END live tracking for each collection and delivery. The link will go live on delivery day.
  Do you contact our customer?    
Yes, we contact all customers to book their delivery day and the driver will contact them on the day too.
  Does the price include collection and delivery?    
Yes prices are per bike and include collection from you and delivery to your customer
  Do you offer discounts for volume deliveries or guaranteed quantities?    
Yes, we offer tiered boxed bike only discounts on 2+ and 5+ bikes delivered to the same address per order (where applicable). The discount will be reflected at checkout based on the quantity selected on the bike page.

  Can I ship a single bike?    
Yes of course, there is no minimum quantity
  Can I ship multiple bikes from a single location?    
Yes of course, in fact, you can ship multiple bikes from single or multiple locations on the same order if you wish.
  Can I pay on account?    
Yes, it’s possible. We may offer this option to customers that have built up a trading relationship with us. Please contact us to discuss.
  Can you collect & repair warranty bikes?    
Yes, we can collect bikes, repair them and return them built and Ready to Ride for your customer.
  Do you offer Bike Build services?    
Yes, we currently build bikes for some major UK brands. Please contact us for a quote to discuss.
  Do you offer Corporate service work or Service Plans?    
Yes, please contact us for a quote to discuss.
  Do you offer secure storage?    
Yes, we currently work with a number of major brands providing secure storage and fulfilment services for them. Please contact us to discuss
  Do you offer fulfilment services?    
Yes, we can offer customers a bespoke fulfilment service. Please contact us to discuss.
  Is my bike insured?    
We’ll cover any costs due to damage of bikes in transit with us. For boxed bikes, customers are responsible for their own packing. We will not be liable for damage caused by poorly boxed bikes. If you are unsure, ship the bike unboxed (Ready to Ride)
