How we deliver
We use a network of fully trained drivers who only deliver bikes. Our Ready to Ride service eliminates the need for any packaging. Simply hand your bike to us and we will prepare the bike for shipping and deliver it with a professional handover to your customer. Our drivers are trained to fit pedals, torque handlebars, adjust seat positions and offer basic instruction of the bikes’ main features. This is particularly useful if the recipient is a first time Electric Bike owner.
How long does it take?
It depends on where we are delivering your bike. We are a specialist service and we plan our routes carefully so our drivers are not rushed. While we are not a next-day service, our attention to detail eliminates the issues, like loss and damage, that the express couriers have when delivering large items.
Typically, we’ll collect from most areas of the UK weekly and will deliver by the end of the following week. Additional time may be required for Cornwall, South Wales, and Scotland but all of this will be communicated to you. Please check with us if you have a tight deadline, we’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can.
