Just some minor web form changes to tell you about in this website update.
Contact details
When booking a collection and delivery, the information you need to copy is most likely in a name then address format. Therefore it makes sense that you enter this information in the same format rather than jumping around the form. So, we’ve moved the contact detail fields to before the address fields to give it more of a natural flow.

We’ve also added a bit of extra text to help consumers get through the form if they don’t have an order reference or company name to enter.
